School culture
“The culture in a school can either make everything possible or not make everything possible”. That quote is one of the most profound statements about schools that I have ever heard. It is true that instruction and curriculum are important, but neither can take place effectively unless the culture of the school/classroom is centered on respect, clear expectations, personal responsibility, and recognition.
